Frequently asked questions
How much does a clean cost?
Every property is different. After a short viewing you get a fixed price, in writing and without hidden costs.
Is there a minimum order?
For office and commercial cleaning we plan at least 2 hours per visit. There is no minimum in the other areas.
What happens if a cleaner is absent?
We send a replacement within 24 hours. Thanks to the checklist for your property, they work to the same standard.
Which cleaning products do you use?
We bring our own, mainly professional eco products. On request we use yours.
How do you handle my keys?
Every key gets a neutral tag without an address. We log every handover in writing and store keys in a key safe. Lost keys are covered by our liability insurance up to €10 million.
What is the QR guest service?
A QR code hangs in your property. Your guests report problems directly to us, and we handle them, all the way to coordinating with your caretaker. You don't need to do anything.
