We come by free of charge and create the checklist for your property together with you.
Fixed price
You get a written quote with a fixed price, usually within 24 hours.
Access
Key box, smart lock or keys with a neutral tag, no address.
First visit
After the visit we send you photos. From then on everything runs on a fixed schedule.

Do I need to be at home?
No. Many clients give us a key or use a smart lock. After the visit you get photos if you like.
How discreet are you?
Very. We never talk about our clients, never publish names or addresses, and our keys carry nothing that points to your home.
Does the housekeeper cook too?
With private housekeeping, yes, by arrangement. Not with regular home cleaning.
Do you speak English?
Yes. You can reach us in English and German, and we brief your housekeeper on everything in advance.
What if the housekeeper is absent?
We send a replacement within 24 hours.
Where do you work?
In Hamburg and the surrounding area, for example Buchholz and Winsen, on the Baltic coast and in parts of northern Germany as well as Berlin.
